What will you do?

We are seeking a motivated and personable Account Executive, based out of our South Melbourne office (Victoria). This highly valued individual will work with our architectural teams, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to work with existing and new customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintaining a high level of understanding of customer engagement, seeking to provide innovative and leading-edge solutions, powering our customers digital journeys.
  • Protect and grow revenue – and introduce new lines of business within defined accounts, whilst hunting for new logo acquisition.
  • Assist in the development of new services to market, based on customer requirements and capabilities within our engineering team and vendor portfolio.

What do you need?

  • 5 years+ experience in successfully selling complex technology solutions.
  • Experience working and selling to Victorian Enterprise customers.
  • A solid understanding of cloud, integration, professional and managed services, and how they benefit a customer environment.
  • Experience navigating complex organisations to achieve your outcome.
  • Experience in positioning new business within existing accounts.
  • Experience developing, coordinating, and writing proposals/tenders for large scale customer opportunities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Base salary + uncapped commissions with generous accelerator plan + phone allowance + laptop allowance.
