We're looking for a Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist who's passionate about patient outcomes, committed to ongoing learning, and keen to work in a genuinely caring environment.

About the Role

You'll work with a varied caseload and have the chance to upskill in a range of advanced assessment and treatment techniques — including Real Time Ultrasound and our full-body diagnostic assessment system (training provided).

You'll be responsible for:

  • Initial diagnostic assessments & regular reviews
  • Running 1:1 and small group Clinical Pilates sessions (up to 4 people)
  • Providing physiotherapy treatments (for the Physiotherapist role)
  • Writing progress reports and liaising with GPs when needed
  • Hands-on treatment during Clinical Pilates sessions where needed
  • Optional involvement in social media and community outreach
Who We're Looking For
  • Qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
  • Pilates experience (or interest in developing this skill)
  • Passion for helping clients reach their goals through prevention and evidence-based care
  • Keen to learn and achieve professional growth and contribute to teamwork
  • Must be available for Tuesday and Thursday evening shifts and at least 3 Saturdays per month

New grads are very welcome – we offer excellent training and structured support to help you hit the ground running.

Skills and experience
  • Tertiary qualified Physio/AEP
  • Full AHPRA/ESSA registration
  • Clinical Pilates experience is highly desirable
