What You'll Do

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing activities across our physical customer channels. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise the path to purchase, support activations, and contribute to the success of new product launches. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting annual activation plans (JUBP) for select customers and measuring their impact.
• Assisting with POS materials, promotions, digital activations, and events.
• Tracking and reporting campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Managing project deliverables and budgets for assigned marketing activities.
• Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years' experience in trade, shopper, or channel marketing, ideally within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Strong project management skills and experience executing retail marketing programmes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Sales), Business, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of marketing display and POS strategies, and ideally familiarity with design tools like Illustrator.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in data analysis and SKU management.
