Rigger

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable commercial / industrial construction company seeking a Rigger for a high-profile project in Molendinar. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced working in rigging operations on commercial construction sites — this could be your next gig.

Key Responsibilities

• Erecting, installing, and dismantling rigging systems (slings, chains, hoists, winches, etc.)
• Rigging lifts of structural steel, mechanical plant, and other heavy components
• Conduct routine inspections of rigging gear to ensure safety compliance
• Signal and communicate with crane operators during lifts
• Assist with load balancing, securing, and guiding loads
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, SWMS, and relevant codes
• Work collaboratively with site team (crane operators, steel erectors, site supervisors)

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven rigging experience in commercial or industrial construction
• High-risk work licence (Dogging / Basic Rigging / Intermediate Rigging)
• White Card
• Sound knowledge of rigging equipment & safety regulations
• Fit to perform manual tasks
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
