About the Role:

We are seeking polished, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join the Calibre team. As the face of our brand, you will provide a luxury experience to our VIP clientele while supporting the Store Business Manager. We are currently hiring for both Casual and Full-Time Sales Stylist positions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working one on one with customers to provide a luxury outfitting and styling service
  • Displaying strong knowledge of Calibre products to customers
  • Helping to build our VIP customer database

About You:

Our ideal team member will have a passion for the fashion industry and bring a professional and enthusiastic approach to the role. You will strive to produce the highest quality service to our customers and create a memorable experience for anyone walking through the Calibre doors. We are also looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • An understanding of how to generate repeat business through providing luxury service
  • The ability to learn and develop in a changing environment
  • Self-motivated and passionate about reaching and exceeding KPI's and targets
  • An innovative thinker that is willing to receive feedback and always try new things
