Airbnb Cleaning

AIRBNB HOLIDAY CLEANING - $40-$60/hr per hour

As one of the Sunshine Coasts largest holiday property managers we have 85 Airbnb properties from Pelican Waters to Coolum. We have a variety of high end houses and apartments, with the majority of the properties in Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore and Kings Beach.

We have cleaning short term cleaning positions, for EXPERIENCED cleaners, available for an IMMEDIATE START. We have lots of work, throughout the entire year. We are flexible in working with you and your personal timetable and commitments.

This position is a CASUAL role, we CAN NOT pay you through your ABN due to changes from the ATO.

We pay well ABOVE THE AWARD at $40 per hour (including super), with the higher weekend and public holiday penalty rates as well. You are paid electronically to your bank account, every Wednesday evening. The three vital components are that:

• You must have a valid and current drivers licence and car
• Live on the Sunshine Coast. The work is here locally and you will need to pick up linen from our depot etc and drive to the property to clean, so both of these are vital requirements.
• Be an experienced cleaner (we only hire experienced cleaners)

As well, we provide all cleaning chemicals and materials, we can supply equipment as needed and operate a very efficient pick up and drop off procedure. All linen and consumables are ready for you enabling a 1-2 minute pick up and drop off routine.

We are a very efficient, professional management that will work with you to ensure efficient work practices.

We are based in Warana (5 minutes to Mooloolaba) on the Sunshine Coast and all days start and end from there.
