Role In a Nutshell
As a Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Forster store, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You'll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.

This part-time position requires 31.5 hours a fortnight.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experienceAssist customers with product selections and offer styling adviceMaintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organised, and visually appealingHandle transactions efficiently and accurately at the registerStock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availabilitySupport store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandisingWork as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals

About You
Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environmentAble to commit to a shift pattern& some flexibility to assist in peak trade periodsYou can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of youExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
