About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Broker at our Toowoomba or Stanthorpe office. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Finance Broker will be responsible for:

  • Managing client enquiries and providing tailored finance solutions across residential, investment, and commercial lending
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with new and existing clients, supported by internal referral pathways
  • Preparing and submitting loan applications through BrokerEngine and ApplyOnline with the support of an experienced in-house Broker Support.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process to ensure smooth file progression
  • Conducting initial assessments and identifying suitable loan products that align with client goals and financial position
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met, including preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation
  • Participating in team meetings, lender workshops, and continuous professional development activities
  • Contributing to business growth through proactive lead nurturing and exceptional client service

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking with a desire to work towards a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
  • Experience in Finance/Loan Processing/Loan servicing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
