A rare opportunity has arisen to become part of the BlueSky Psychology team. BlueSky Psychology is a busy Psychological Practice in the Adelaide CBD with a waiting list for our services. We have an excellent reputation amongst referring doctors and our clients include individuals with mental health concerns, relationship difficulties and substance abuse issues. We strive to offer our clients a professional service using the best practices in Psychological care utilising techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Schema therapy. We offer a team environment with a number of highly experienced Clinical Psychologists being part of our service.

We are offering a financially rewarding opportunity to be part of a caring, supportive team of Psychologists. We offer excellent administration services from dedicated administration staff who will assist with all client bookings, reminders and payments. We offer no cost professional supervision in the areas of mental health, substance abuse and relationship therapy from experienced Clinical Psychologists in order to enhance and develop your practice, as well as regular peer supervision. We can also offer supervision towards endorsement in the area of Clinical Psychology, and have successfully supported a number of Psychologists though the endorsement program and can offer more than one supervisor if desired.

We are looking for Psychologists who have a strong passion and drive for helping people to improve their lives. Experience working in the area of mental health is essential to this role. Ideally we are interested in Psychologists who are able to offer 3-5 days per week but 2 days per week would also be considered.

Essential Criteria required for this role:

  • A passion for helping people
  • Registration with the Psychological Board of Australia
  • Eligibility for registration to provide services under Medicare
  • Minimum of a Masters in Clinical Psychology/Alternative Psychology Masters Qualification
  • Experience in treating mental health conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Relationship therapy skills would be very highly regarded.
