Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Water Well Driller to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth with fortnightly pay. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling rigs and associated equipment for water well and borehole projects across various remote sites. You will work closely with offsiders and site supervisors to ensure drilling operations are carried in compliance with company procedures, environmental standards and safety regulations.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Current WA Water Well Driller's Licence (Class 1 or 2)
  • Valid WA HR Driver's Licence - preferrable
  • Proven experience in large diameter water well drilling
  • Mud Rotary & Down hole hammer experience
  • Strong understanding of drilling fluids, bore construction and well development
  • Able to maintain a clean & tidy rig suite
  • High Regard for safety standards
  • Mechanical Skills
  • Good communication skills to communicate with Supervisor, clients and peers
  • Physically fit and able to work in remote environments
  • National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Able to pass comprehensive Medicals including a Drug and Alcohol screen
