Casual Gardener & Outdoor All-Rounder – 2–3 Days Per Week

We're a small gardening and outdoor maintenance business based in Bardon. Over the past 12 months, we've been helping local clients keep their gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces looking their best. Our work is hands-on, varied, and tailored to the needs of each client — and now, we're looking for a reliable person to join us as we continue to grow.
About the role:
- Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm (approx.), 2–3 days per week
- Preferred days: Monday–Wednesday (flexible)
- Start times/days can be adjusted – we can reschedule around you when needed
- Work is weather-dependent, so flexibility is very important
- Mostly outdoor and practical work, with tasks varying day to day
- Potential to move into a full-time role in the future
- Preferred start date: Late September 2025
What we're looking for:
- Local to Bardon or surrounding areas (preferred)
- Physically capable and comfortable with active work
- Experience with power tools preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- National Police Check (required)
- Licence (required, unless local in Bardon)
- Pre-Employment Medical (required)
