Job Description
As an experienced eDiscovery specialist, you will join one of the largest forensic teams in Asia-Pacific to solve litigation, regulatory, investigative, and other data challenges faced by KordaMentha's clients. You'll work side by side with some of the most experienced eDiscovery, Digital Forensics and broader Forensic professionals in the market, and receive coaching and mentoring to further develop your skills and knowledge through on the job and formal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Delivery Support
- Assist in the management of eDiscovery engagements, including data processing, review workflow implementation, and document production.
- Adhere to project and risk management processes, ensuring quality of deliverables.
Problem-Solving & Insights
- Contribute to the implementation of solutions designed to deliver value to clients.
- Support the implementation of engagement workflows under the guidance of senior team members.
Client Interaction
- Develop a professional network with existing and new clients.
- Maintain clear and professional communication.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with peers and support the implementation of strategies, initiatives, and processes.
- Contribute to the sharing of ideas during team meetings and actively contribute to knowledge exchange.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of demonstrated experience working on eDiscovery projects, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment
- Experience using document review platforms e.g. Relativity, Nuix Discover (Ringtail), Reveal or similar applications
- Familiarity with the eDiscovery lifecycle (EDRM) and a solid grasp of at least one of its key components
- Willingness to contribute to both the technical and client-facing elements of eDiscovery service delivery
- Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a structured, process-driven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, complemented by strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Highly motivated and committed to delivering exceptional standards of client service
- Demonstrates integrity, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude
