The Role
As the
Analyst – Compliance & Document Control
, you will be responsible for driving excellence in document governance and compliance across Dyno Nobel's global operations. Reporting to the VP Risk & Insurance Global, you will support the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of corporate records and systems.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead document control processes by managing the global Document Management System, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and supporting document owners and champions across business units.
- Deliver training and coaching to global teams on document and records management practices, including onboarding and upskilling OnBase Champions and Superusers.
- Administer compliance systems such as Gifts & Entertainment, Sponsorships & Donations, and the Whistleblower platform, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyse monthly reports for corporate functions and the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights into document status, compliance trends, and risk indicators.
- Support audits and assurance activities, including quality checks, metadata management, and system integrity reviews to maintain high standards of governance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, manage system enhancements, and ensure seamless compliance operations globally.
What You'll Bring
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Strong knowledge of document and records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- A collaborative and self-driven mindset, capable of working independently while contributing to a global, cross-functional team.
