Austrack Campers is one of Australia's leading manufacturers of hybrid campers and caravans, known for innovation, quality, and a down-to-earth team culture. We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our Caboolture production facility and help lead our team to deliver high-quality units on time, every time.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Caravan or camper production experience is highly desirable, but we will also consider applicants with strong transferable skills from automotive, fabrication, cabinetry, trailer, or general manufacturing environments.
About the RoleReporting to Management, the Factory Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily workflows, supporting production staff, and ensuring each build meets Austrack's quality and safety standards.
You'll oversee assembly processes, monitor output, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day operations across the Caboolture production facility
- Allocate tasks, set daily goals, and ensure staff are working efficiently
- Support team members with training, guidance, and hands-on problem solving
- Monitor build quality and conduct checks throughout each production stage
- Oversee safety compliance and ensure safe work practices are consistently followed
- Identify delays, constraints, or stock shortages and escalate where required
- Communicate effectively with Parts, Warranty, Service, and Dispatch teams
- Maintain accurate job cards, checklists, and production documentation
Highly Desirable:
Caravan or camper trailer production experience
Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment

- Automotive, fabrication, cabinetry, or relevant trade experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
