Your next role awaits

We're looking for a Senior Events and Sponsorship Manager to bring our brand to life through standout local events and strategic collaborations. This is more than just logistics - it's about creating experiences that build community, drive engagement, and elevate the O&M brand across every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing

Event Leadership

• Own the planning and flawless execution of all local events aligned with O&M's brand strategy
• Collaborate with Social Media, PR, and e-Commerce teams to scale awareness and trial in the B2C space
• Lead internal teams and manage external vendors to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences
• Oversee budgets, logistics, timelines, and post-event analysis
• Act as an O&M brand ambassador – inspiring, passionate, and always on-brand

Sponsorship & Collaboration

• Develop and execute our annual sponsorship and collaboration strategy
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand-aligned opportunities that amplify our presence
• Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee sponsorship deliverables, performance tracking, and ROI reporting
• Use your industry network to unlock creative, mutually beneficial partnerships

Extras You'll Own

• Inventory management and merchandising support for event and partnership activations
• Ensuring consistency across all brand experiences

What You Bring

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up business will set you up to thrive in our fast-paced, creative, and agile team
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in major event management and sponsorship sourcing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Ability to align event goals with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Expertise in identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships that deliver mutual value.
• Strong financial acumen to manage large budgets, forecast costs, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to analyse event performance metrics and sponsorship impact.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks related to events and sponsorships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, preferred but not essential.
