About The RoleReporting to the Manager – Business Planning and Analytics the Corporate FP&A Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis across the consolidated group comprising both NSW and QLD operations. This role is based in our Sydney CBD office. We offer 1 day per week working from home.

What You'll Do

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist with the Annual budget, business plan and periodic forecasting submissions to Senior Management, including consolidation and analysis of group results
  • Tracking and monitoring of departmental costs v budget including IT, Operations, Legal etc
  • Scenario modelling and decision support.
  • Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting templates and models
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business investments and initiatives.
  • Financial management and analysis of group KPIs and operational/commercial drivers.
  • Drive continuous process improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning experience, preferably within an ASX-listed group function
  • Experience in providing financial analysis to support decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Business Performance Management software is desirable (e.g. IBM Planning Analytics)
