Located in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast, Batemans Bay Marina Resort offers a range of holiday accommodation options situated on a beautiful waterfront location overlooking the ocean.

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team on a Part-Time basis. This role would see a minimum of approx 30 hours per week, with the ideal candidate being flexible and available to work more hours when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housekeeping Department to ensure seamless operations and exceptional cleanliness.
  • Develop, manage, and adjust staff rosters to align with business forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public spaces meet high standards.
  • Conduct pre-arrival inspections to verify that all areas reflect the expected level of cleanliness and presentation and are ready for guest arrivals.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, to meet property cleanliness requirements.
  • Assist with the cleaning of accommodation as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping/amenities cleaning experience.
  • Staff Management
  • Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.
  • Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition.
  • A willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
  • Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends (days/times will vary each week).
  • Be available for an immediate start.
  • Basic computer skills.
