Are you an experienced Supertillt or Underlift Driver looking for a company that values your skill, professionalism, and commitment to safety?

At Alpha Heavy Towing, we're expanding our team of heavy tow specialists to meet growing demand across Sydney and NSW.

This full-time position offers flexible working hours and follows our "one driver, one truck" policy — meaning you'll take ownership of a modern, well-maintained vehicle and have the freedom to manage your work with pride and responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Safely operating Supertillt and Underlift tow trucks to recover and transport heavy vehicles, trucks, buses, and machinery.
  • Assessing recovery situations and choosing the correct methods and equipment to ensure safe, damage-free transport.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, maintaining clear communication, and responding promptly to callouts.
  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to uphold fleet safety and reliability.
  • Following all road laws, company safety policies, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with dispatch and workshop teams to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
  • A valid HC or MC driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have a Tow Truck license or have an application in progress.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques, towing equipment, and load restraint.
  • Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
  • A safety-first mindset and attention to detail in every job.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
