As a Rear Loader Driver, you'll be essential to the efficient collection of waste and recycling across the Sutherland Shire. You'll work as part of a reliable team delivering cost-effective services that support our Waste Management Strategy.

Your daily tasks will include operating rear loader vehicles, conducting safety checks, and performing minor maintenance. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service, your work will help keep our streets clean and our environment thriving.

We're seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and values serving the community.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A current HR Class driver's licence (essential)
• Experience in waste services or a similar driving role
• Physical fitness for manual handling and outdoor work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic skills in data entry and mobile device use
• Knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Law
• Familiarity with Sutherland Shire streets and suburbs (advantageous)
