We're looking for an experienced Retail Buyer to join our team in a full-time role and lead the
sourcing, planning, and supplier management side of our business. You'll play a key role in ensuring
we have the right stock, at the right time, for the right price.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor stock levels and sales data to guide purchasing decisions
Identify and source new products based on trends and customer needs
Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and promotions with suppliers
Plan seasonal product ranges in line with budgets
Work with sales and marketing teams on stock displays and promotions
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in retail buying or procurement
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to plan ahead and spot product trends
Familiarity with inventory and ordering systems
Background in retail, supply chain or business is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
