What You'll be Doing:

Spotlight Bathurst is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced team member to join our Furnishings department in a part time role If you're passionate about home décor, love helping customers bring their spaces to life, and have previous retail experience, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • Sharing your love and skills for craft, sewing, and home decorating
  • Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range
  • Working both independently and as part of a team
  • Contributing to sales and helping your store meet its goals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous retail experience or customer service
  • The ability to multitask in a fast environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
  • A positive, can-do attitude
