Join Sydney Tools, a family-owned business and market leader in power tool sales since 2001. With 85 stores nationwide, we are committed to delivering top-quality tools and exceptional service to the trade and construction industry.

We're looking for a driven Retail Trade Salesperson to join one of our many stores across Inner West Sydney. If you have experience in sales, retail, or trades and are seeking a dynamic role with career growth opportunities, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

As a Retail Trade Salesperson, you will:

  • Assist customers with sales over the counter and via phone.
  • Provide expert advice on tools, features, and services.
  • Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain merchandising and store displays.
  • Work one weekend shift per week as part of an 11-day roster.

What We're Looking For:

We welcome candidates with sales, customer service, or trade experience. If you're a tradie looking to step away from the tools, this could be the perfect role for you

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience with tools and power tools (preferred but not essential).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
