About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Ultra Tune Currimundi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our busy automotive workshop. This full-time position is located in Currimundi, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing professional advice
- Booking in customer vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with our qualified technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
- Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and managing their expectations
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Ensuring all workshop documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Promoting and selling additional services and products to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using automotive software and computer systems
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles
