We are seeking a skilled Structures Foreman to join our client's team on the Gold Coast. Our client has over 45 years of experience in the construction space. They have built a reputable company with over 80 staff members nationally, known for their quality of builds and supportive environment. An integrated developer builder who prides themselves on offering genuine, long-term opportunities for their staff including a well-balanced work lifestyle.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the structure aspects of high-rise residential projects, ensuring that all work is completed in line with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to drive efficient project delivery while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing structure activities on-site for timely and quality completion.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Implementing and enforcing safety procedures and quality control measures.
- Monitoring progress and reporting on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Projects are between $5m-300m
About You:
- Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the high-rise residential space with previous experience as a Structures Foreman.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to successfully coordinate teams and stakeholders.
