About the role

Benson & Co Barbers' is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Barber to join our team for an immediate start.

As a full-time Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality barbering services to our valued customers, ensuring they receive a personalised and exceptional experience every time they visit our establishment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a wide range of traditional and contemporary barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the shop
  3. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the workspace
  4. Collaborating with the team to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of our services
  5. Mentoring and training junior barbers to develop their skills and expertise
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the barbering industry

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior barbering role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  2. Excellent skills in traditional and contemporary barbering techniques, including precision cutting, shaving, and grooming
  3. A strong customer-service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers
  4. A passion for the barbering industry and a commitment to continuously improving your skills and knowledge
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior barbers
  6. A valid license or certification in barbering, as required by local regulations
