About Us

Redilec Electrical is a premium, compliance-focused electrical contracting business servicing Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley.

We're looking for a full-time Licensed Electrician to join our growing business based in the Hunter Region. You'll work on a mix of residential, commercial, and strata electrical projects — with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and professional communication.

As a Redilec electrician, you'll be supported by strong systems, modern tools, and great people.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Hop in your company vehicle: Take home a fully equipped Redilec vehicle
  • Open your App: Receive your daily schedule, client details, and job notes directly through our digital system
  • Start your day: Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, installations, and compliance testing across homes, businesses, and strata properties
  • Communicate and deliver: Provide clear updates to clients and Redilec — ensuring every job is done safely, neatly, and to standard
Work Type & Location

Electrical maintenance, upgrades, and installations across Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley — covering residential, commercial, and strata properties.

Skills & Requirements
  • Current NSW Electrical Licence
  • Current Driver's Licence & White Card
  • Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
