What you'll be doing

  • Running the office like a well-oiled machine - scheduling, admin, and systems.
  • Managing supplier accounts, invoices, and basic financial admin.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and fleet bookings.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR admin.
  • Keeping compliance documents and registers up to date.
  • Being the go-to problem-solver for the team.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an office management or senior admin role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Xero, and general office systems.
  • Someone who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with great people skills.
