Hospitality Worker

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Worker to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Professionally welcome and seat guests, offering menus and details about daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar personnel.
• Serve food and drinks to patrons promptly and professionally; efficiently process payments and manage point-of-sale systems; set and clear tables while ensuring the cleanliness of dining areas during service.
• Maintain and clean service areas, dining spaces, and equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation and plating as needed.
• Promptly and courteously address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Replenish service areas with linens, condiments, and supplies; support special events, functions, and catering services.
• Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure comprehensive menu knowledge.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.

Salary: $ $77000 p.a. + Superannuation

Full Time: Permanent

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
