What will you be doing?

Lead a brand-new team and store to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a hands-on role with opportunity to drive culture, style, and results.

  • Build and lead a team, providing coaching and development
  • Deliver exceptional styling advice for plus-size fashion
  • Manage day-to-day operations, stock, and merchandising
  • Drive sales, KPIs, and customer engagement
  • Implement systems and processes to ensure a smooth, high-performing store

Who are you?

You're a people-focused, energetic leader with a passion for fashion and styling. You understand customers, love coaching your team, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

  • Experienced retail leader, ideally in fashion or plus-size fashion
  • Strong styling knowledge with a consultative approach
  • Confident, warm communicator who inspires teams
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy
  • Motivated to drive results while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
