We're looking for a bubbly and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join Bath & Body Works If you love leading a team, delivering amazing customer experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be your next adventure.

About Valiram | Bath & Body Works

What you'll be doing:

  • What you'll be doing: Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, oversee store performance through sales management, operational excellence, and people leadership, maintain inventory integrity, manage reporting and administration, foster a positive and ethical working environment, drive sales and maximize profitability, achieve high service standards, and develop and train your sales team.
