About us:
Recruitment Services provide services that assist managers to attract, recruit and appoint people with the necessary skills, knowledge and capability required to deliver (directly and indirectly) great care for Central Queenslanders. We support managers through the stages of advertising, recruiting, selecting, and appointing the ideal candidate.
About the role:
- Supervise recruitment and selection processes including the processing of requests to fill, development of advertisements in line with corporate advertising procedures and processing of candidate correspondence ensuring timely responses within deadlines.
- Prepare reports, workload reviews, monthly activity reports and area updates to ensure efficient management of the team and service.
- Facilitate the delivery of training, education and awareness for line managers regarding recruitment and selection.
- Develop and proactively foster effective working relationships with team members, specialist consultants and other relevant agencies and individuals on matters concerning Recruitment, including dealing with sensitive or confidential information in an appropriate manner.
- Working with the Recruitment Business Partners to coordinate and facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities.
About you:
- Whilst there are no mandatory requirements for this role, vocational or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields would be well regarded.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, employment awards and conditions, and relevant policies and guidelines related to recruitment and selection within large, complex organisations.
- Proven ability to prioritise and coordinate team activities to meet deadlines, delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, demonstrated in both written and verbal forms, with the ability to effectively manage and support a multidisciplinary team and liaise with staff at all levels of the organisation.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $9,515 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $ $50.46 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
