You've probably worked places where IT is treated like an afterthought, old laptops, dodgy Wi-Fi, and users who think "cloud" means the weather. This isn't one of those places.

• Helping staff when things don't work (hardware, software, accounts — the usual suspects).

• If you're Level 2: dealing with the gnarlier stuff, servers, networks, and those jobs Level 1 doesn't want to touch.
• Writing things down so the same problem doesn't come back to haunt you.

Who they want

• Someone who knows their way around Windows, Office 365, and a network that occasionally sulks.
• A calm head when dealing with colleagues who are already annoyed their email isn't working.
• For Level 2: more depth — servers, troubleshooting, connectivity issues, basically going beyond "turn it off and on again."
• Common sense. Always underrated.

This is the kind of role where you're not just the "IT person" hidden in the corner, you'll be visible, valued, and part of something bigger.
