Driven Personal Trainers is expanding within Club Lime Gyms across Canberra.

We're looking for passionate, motivated fitness professionals who want to build a successful personal training business with full support and mentoring from an experienced team.

As a Driven Personal Trainer, you'll operate your own PT business inside a Club Lime facility while being guided through our 12-week Driven PT Success Program — helping you develop the skills, systems, and structure to grow a consistent client base and rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and client results
  • Create structured, goal-driven programs
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold both Driven and Club Lime standards
  • Manage client onboarding and consultations (training provided)
  • Operate as an independent fitness professional inside a Club Lime Gym

Requirements

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • AUSactive or Fitness Australia registration
  • ABN (to operate as a self-employed contractor)

Earning Potential

Personal trainers typically earn $60–$120 per session (dependent on client load, experience, and availability).

Pay: $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
