Join Our Team as a Contractor Occupational Therapist (OT) - Flexible & Rewarding Opportunity in SA

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a difference? We have an exciting opportunity available for 1-3 days a week within a growing team in South Australia. If you're an OT with a strong interest in Neurological therapy or if you simply want to expand your skills in this area, this role offers the perfect balance of flexibility and growth as we expand our therapy services into Occupational Therapy.

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in the activities they enjoy
  • Enjoy a highly competitive pay rate

  • Support clients with chronic illness, injury or disability to achieve independence and fulfil their goals.
  • Perform activities of daily living assessments and recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications
  • Create Functional Capacity Assessments to support NDIS Participants
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  • Administer standardised assessment tools
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their goals
  • Provide tailored therapy services to NDIS participants
  • Collaborate within a dynamic and supportive team environment

You'll also need to have:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA
  • A current ABN
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Driver's License and reliable car
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
  • Neurological experience is highly desirable, but not essential
