We have an opportunity for either an Experienced Salesperson or Sales Trainee to join a high performing team at a high-volume Toyota Dealership in North Lakes.

We are looking for someone who can sell and deliver big volumes consistently, all the while delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.  We need someone who can manage their time well and think outside the box. Above all, you need to be an outstanding team player.  Vehicle sales experience is preferable but not essential, we can teach you the tools of the trade if you have the right attitude and love looking after people.  We are wanting someone who is proactive, open to change and happy contribute to the team.

  • A full and current driver's license is also required

Position Description

  • Professional handling of enquiries and managing the sales process from prospect to delivery and follow-up
  • Following set sales procedures, including, customer needs analysis, valuation of trade-ins, test drives, offer to purchase, negotiations and delivery
  • Working closely with our Finance and Car Care departments to provide our full range of products & services to our customers
  • Maintaining high level of presentation of vehicle display and customer facilities
  • Occasional travel required for meeting customer requirements
  • Keeping customer relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
