We have a solid 25+ years in business with over 40 staff. We strive hard to maintain a positive work environment and are proud of our vibrant, supportive culture – due in part to having a majority of younger staff. The Role

You'll be the key technical lead on select assignments, ensuring outcomes meet both engineering excellence and client expectations.

  • Senior-level expertise (or close to achieving it) with a desire for career progression and an inspiring work setting.
  • Eligibility or registration as a Design Practitioner under NSW DBPA legislation.
  • Proven capability to lead remedial projects from inception to completion.
  • A passion for mentoring, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly to less experienced colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
