About the Role

As our ESG Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering Vinarchy's global sustainability and climate strategy. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Adelaide with hybrid flexibility.

You'll manage ESG data, analytics, and reporting across environmental, social, and governance areas – ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with global frameworks like TCFD, SBTi, GRI, and CSRD.

What You'll Do:
  • Collect, validate, and manage ESG performance data across global operations.
  • Develop dashboards and insights to track progress on emissions, water, waste, and more.
  • Prepare ESG disclosures and contribute to Vinarchy's annual Sustainability Report.
  • Support ESG software rollout, training, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse environmental metrics and assist with climate risk assessments.
  • Research ESG trends and best practices to drive innovation.


Other requirements: 

  • Occasional travel may be required to operational sites or regional offices
  • Role may expand as ESG frameworks and regulations evolve
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in ESG analytics, corporate reporting, or data governance.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (GHG Protocol, CDP, GRI, TCFD).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI or Tableau experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.
