Billing Coordinator – Growing Finance Team | National Contracts

Our Finance Team is expanding, and we're seeking a detail-driven Billing Coordinator to help us manage client billing, bank recs, and contract financials across a national portfolio.


About the Role

You'll work closely with our CFO and Contract Administration team, ensuring billing accuracy and financial alignment across hundreds of client contracts.

From invoicing and quoting to bank reconciliations, budgets, and purchase orders, you'll play a vital part in keeping our financial operations precise and efficient.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a national business that values effort and accountability.


What You'll Do
  • Prepare and process client invoices, adjustments, and credit notes.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Support quoting, purchase orders, and contract cost allocations.
  • Track budgets and financial performance across client contracts.
  • Work closely with the CFO and operations team to improve billing accuracy.

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years' experience in finance, billing, or accounts administration.
  • Experience managing invoicing, reconciliations, and PO systems.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills (Xero, MYOB, or similar).
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, outcome-focused team.
