We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Data Engineering branch in the Smarter Data Program.

As an IT Systems Analyst Director, you will lead strategic analysis, technical design, and solution delivery to support change initiatives and the ongoing operation of data and analytics platforms. Working in a complex, high-impact environment, you'll identify and define viable system processes and technical specifications, enabling successful delivery by technical teams. You'll translate business needs into robust technical solutions, guiding implementation, and ensuring system health to support resilient, future-ready platforms.

You will oversee project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and risks to address complex technical and business challenges. Furthermore, you'll drive the development of governance frameworks and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, compliance, and performance across a modern, cloud-agnostic data environment.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Perth, or Sydney CBD.
