Warehouse Coordinator

Eagle Farm, Brisbane | Full-Time Role

Are you a highly organised professional with warehouse experience, ready to take the lead in ensuring smooth and efficient operations? We're seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our collaborative team of three. This role focuses on managing inventory, coordinating orders, improving operational efficiency and mobilising and structuring the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including stock control, order preparation, and dispatch.
  • Maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Inventory management using MYOB or similar systems.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and freight companies to manage deliveries and logistics.
  • Maintain high standards of workplace safety and compliance.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years of warehouse or operations experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and a knack for streamlining processes.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
  • Familiarity with MYOB or similar inventory systems is highly advantageous.
  • An interest in or knowledge of electrical or technical products is beneficial but not essential.
