We're looking for a high-energy, casual stylist with the ability to provide our loyal customers with outstanding service authentically and who can bring a positive vibe to the team.

As a Pilgrim Casual Stylist you will;

  • Recognise the role of the customer + your relationship with them
  • Have a natural love + enthusiasm for fashion retail
  • Be a passionate seller because of your love for our product
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Have high standards of personal presentation
  • Possess strong time management skills.

As the ideal Causal Stylist, you may have;

Some previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality

Know how to achieve store sales targets + KPI's

Have an eye for both personal and store styling

Continuously challenge yourself to succeed

Self-motivated and driven by achieving success

Thrive in a dynamic team environment

Flexible with your availability - Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Late night, and Weekends.

Willing to work at multiple locations
