what duties can you expect to do?

  • Mowing, edging, and trimming turf areas.
  • Pruning shrubs, hedges, and ornamental trees.
  • Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal displays.
  • Watering gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas.
  • Applying fertilizers, soil amendments, and mulch.
  • Pest, weed, and disease monitoring and treatment.
  • Maintaining irrigation systems and performing minor repairs.
  • Sweeping, clearing debris, and keeping sites tidy.
  • Operating horticultural machinery: mowers, blowers, brush cutters.
  • Preparing garden beds and soil for planting.
  • Inspecting and reporting on plant health and site conditions.
  • Assisting with landscape construction and hardscape installation.
  • Composting and managing green waste.
  • Following site safety and environmental procedures.
  • Supporting team members and supervisors with general grounds tasks.

What will you need?

  • A Current Drivers' licence and own transport (or ability to get to site)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
