Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Manager at our location in Cheltenham, VIC. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, managing food and beverage offerings, training staff, and driving sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer inquiries
• Experience in Food & Beverage management, including inventory control and menu planning
• Excellent Communication skills for effective staff coordination and customer interaction
• Training skills to develop and mentor bar staff
• Sales skills to drive revenue and promote promotions and events
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant management role is preferred
• Relevant certifications in hospitality management or related fields are a plus
