About The Role
To provide high level, comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Director Medical Education, Directors Clinical Training and Medical Education Support Officers to ensure smooth running of the medical education program and governance of intern training at Joondalup Health Campus.

Essential

• Demonstrated experience in the provision of a confidential administrative/secretarial service in a Healthcare or similar complex environment
• Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. with the ability to liaise effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Advanced computer literacy using Microsoft Office applications.

You will also,

• Provides a full range of administrative and clerical support functions (e.g. reminders, correspondence, printing, scanning, photocopying, collating, filling, distributing, follow ups) relating to Medical Education Unit activities.
• Provides a confidential administrative support service to the DME, DCT, MEO and MESO.
• Provide secretarial support for departmental meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Monitors generic email inboxes and electronic assessment tracking systems, redirects to appropriate staff for action.
• Assisting with teaching schedules, by arranging speakers, venues and catering
• Assists with organising Medical Education courses and events.
• Produces promotional materials including brochures, flyers and posters for Medical Education Unit.
• Assists with the MEOs with organising Postgraduate medical Council of WA (PMCWA) accreditation visits.
• Assists with the ME Instagram, internet and intranet sites.
• Maintains stationery, inventory, office equipment and organises repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with short term leave cover of similar administrative roles.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
