The Job

As a Plumber with Turner & Co Plumbing, you will:

- Manage and successfully complete residential plumbing jobs & projects

- Supervise, train and mentor apprentices and junior tradesmen, supporting learning and growth within the team

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems efficiently

- Collaborate effectively with customers and teammates, promoting more efficient operations and greater outcomes

- Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining great customer service

You

  • Qualified Plumber
  • Experience in residential maintenance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Fit, active and takes pride in being sharp (on tools and off)
  • Communicates well and thrives in a team-first environment
  • Valid driver's license, white card and clear police/WWC checks
  • Exceptional attention to detail - we hold a high standard in our workmanship
