Service Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day operations, coordinating people and schedules, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
As the link between clients, technicians, and management, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on, practical environment and takes pride in getting things done efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, allocating work to technicians and ensuring resources are available.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, bookings, updates, and general service communications.
- Prepare quotes, work orders, reports, and invoices while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Support field staff by ensuring they have the correct information, tools, and access prior to attending site.
- Monitor performance metrics and assist in meeting service delivery targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot scheduling or customer issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain workflow.
About You
- Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer service - ideally within construction, building services, or fire protection.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively between clients and technicians.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Reliable, proactive, and team-focused with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
Why Apply?
This is a great opportunity to join a down-to-earth, well-established business that values initiative, teamwork, and reliability. You'll work closely with experienced professionals in a company that provides long-term stability, variety, and the chance to play a key role in service operations.
If you're organised, customer-focused, and ready to bring your coordination skills to a rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
