Ready to ignite your career and take on a new challenge? We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Commerce Graduates to join our coveted Graduate Program in 2026. Our Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity to work in a values based organisation, gain experience in shaping your future career and the sustainable future of Australia. 

Based at our Head Office in Cooma, it offers a 2 year rotational program with the first year based in our Snowy 2.0 Commercial team. There will be an opportunity in the second year to rotate into different areas of the business, gaining exposure to Snowy Hydro's operations and building real insight into the unique work we do in the heart of the beautiful Snowy Mountains.

During the program, you will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through training programs, professional development and mentoring. This is an opportunity not to be missed

• Be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated in the last 3 years with a Commerce degree (Commerce and Engineering double degree is preferred but not essential) 

• Have achieved a minimum WAM (Weighted Average Mark) of 75 in your degree 

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

• Be willing to relocate to Cooma for the duration of the 2 year program (housing can be provided)

• Have the ability to manage their own time and work autonomously

• Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Be available to start full-time on the program on 19 January 2026

This position is based in Cooma, NSW, accomodation can be provided for the duration of the 2 year program.
