About the Role

We are seeking Junior Powder Coating Team Members to work across our production line. You'll assist with the multiple departments, handle materials, and support the powder coating process. Full training will be provided — what we need from you is the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

  • Good character & integrity – trustworthy, dependable, and respectful.
  • Strong work ethic – reliable and committed to showing up every day.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and grow in the role.
  • Safety-conscious and a good team player.
  • Previous experience in powder coating is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right people.
