Direct Personnel are seeking motivated Production Workers & Factory Hands to join fast paced teams around the Gold Coast.

You'll play a key part in the production process - from assembling and manufacturing products to maintaining quality and safety standards. You'll rotate through different sections, working both independently and as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets and keep the workspace clean and safe.

You'll be involved in a variety of tasks across the production line, including:

  • Using hand and power tools to assemble and manufacture products
  • Cutting raw materials to size using saws and cutting equipment
  • Measuring, marking, and preparing materials accurately
  • Operating machinery (training provided)
  • Rotating between different sections to support workflow and daily targets
  • Maintaining quality standards and reporting any defects
  • Keeping the workspace clean and safe at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Current driver's license and reliable transport
  • Strong work ethic and reliability - team players wanted
  • Commitment to safety at all times
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment and drug & alcohol test
  • Full Australian working rights are required
