Orange, Australia Smiles Group Dental Specialists Full time $30,000 - $50,000 per year

Our specialist dental practice in the heart of Orange is expanding We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced dental assistant to join us on a part-time basis (2 days per week).

About the role

You will work with our dental specialists, therapists and be a part of our dynamic and friendly team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing chairside assistance to doctors and therapists
  • Adhering to strict infection control guidelines and protocols
  • Treatment coordination to assist and ensure efficiency for our patients
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Performing reception duties as required
  • Building and maintaining relationships with patients, their families and our referrer network.
  • Precise patient note taking using practice management software.

About you

You will ideally possess:

  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (advantageous)
  • A vibrant, outgoing and positive personality
  • The ability to work extended clinical hours as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The desire to work hard and as part of the team.
